Eshu is the gatekeeper of Jorge Amado House. He is a trickster and loves a good joke. Standing at the crossroads, he guards all the city's pathways and the doors to this house. He is generous to a fault but can also be jealous and make sure you get nowhere fast. But if you can get on his good side, he will guide you on this fantastic journey.
